New Community Engagement Manager – Mr. Aaron Glover

We are pleased to introduce Aaron Glover as ALWS’ new Community Engagement Manager. Aaron joined the team on Monday 27 February 2023. Aaron will be responsible for leading our community engagement team, supporting them as they share the life-changing impact of ALWS’ ministry in schools and churches.

Aaron brings a wealth of non-profit leadership and management experience to ALWS. For the last fifteen years, he has served the Lutheran Church as Director of Lutheran Youth of Queensland (LYQ). Under Aaron’s leadership LYQ’s ministry grew in influence, quality and sustainability to become the premier denominational youth ministry in Queensland. Aaron’s non-profit leadership experience is supported by his business training; a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration (Project Management).  

ALWS Executive Director, Michael Stolz, welcomed Aaron’s appointment,

Aaron lives in Brisbane with his wife Alison and their four children. They are members of Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Rochedale and are long-time supporters of ALWS.
