Vegetable Seeds

Very veggie

We all know vegetables are good for you. Yet in a country like Cambodia, vegetables are even better.

Farmer, Sokeng, received help in vegetable farming through ALWS. She shares:

'A few years ago we had nothing. Life was a struggle every day. Our children would often be hungry.’

Your simple gift of 6kg of Vegetable Seeds can create a life change. Your gift includes:

  • corn
  • cabbage
  • cucumber
  • morning glory
  • bitter gourd
  • long bean

The seeds you provide are drought-resistant varieties and an excellent source of extra nutrition for children.

Excess can be sold for profit, so children can receive healthcare, and go to school.
