Elder Care Sessions

Chats about Challenges

Imagine living your whole life in one place, and then suddenly having to flee your home to stay safe.

As an older person, being a refugee is extra tough. Your body may be frail. New languages and customs are hard. You may have no family or friends to help.

That’s why your Care Sessions for elderly refugees at Dadaab Refugee Camp are so important.

Here, older people can chat about the challenges they face, and have a trained worker help them find ways to cope. People gain confidence, and feel more in control of their lives at this difficult time.

Your Gift of Grace supports one person for 5 sessions.
