Before help, Achol in South Sudan supported her family by collecting firewood and making charcoal. It was hard and hot and dangerous. You provide two chickens and a rooster, along with start-up feed supplies, coop, and training to start a chicken farm. The children have eggs for healthy food, and extras are sold. For Achol, this is egg-cellent:
