When you see the pain of poverty all around us in the world, it can be overwhelming. You might wonder what you, as one person, can do.
That’s why the Lutheran Church has ALWS – Australian Lutheran World Service – our church’s overseas aid agency. This is how each one of us can have personal involvement in a ministry of service to people who are suffering… while working together so we can be effective, efficient and increase our impact.
There are lots of ways you can help. From a $19 pair of ducks in Burundi to a $5,500 partnership with an entire village in Cambodia it’s up to you! Give an easy regular monthly gift or send fast action now. Perhaps you’re ready to consider a lasting gift through your Will, or with a never-to-be-spent donation to the LLL-ALWS Support Fund.
